Return Policy
We want you to love your Sheroo. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue an approved refund to your original payment method.
Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund.
If your Sheroo arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can make it right.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

Sheroo is safe for ages 0+. Parents and caregivers should still follow the product's safety, supervision, and care instructions, especially when using any plush product with very young children. Sheroo is intended as a comfort companion and is designed to support children through everyday moments such as bedtime, travel, and time away from loved ones.
Sheroo is designed for ages 0+ with embroidered features and no exposed hard plastic parts. Sheroo has been independently tested to applicable ASTM F963 and CPSIA requirements for the U.S. market and has also undergone EN71 testing for European toy safety requirements.
